Vision Supports Aquisition Strategies
for Celtic Healthcare, Inc.

March, 2006 – As a continuation of Vision’s work with Celtic Healthcare, we were asked to extend the Celtic brand into their newly acquired home health agency in the Carlisle/Harrisburg, PA area in Feb/March 2006.  Brand consistency was maintained while the equity in the local market name was also preserved.  Vision adapted many of the materials above to the new Celtic entity:  Carlisle Regional Home Health Services.  Updates to the Celtic web site were made to reflect this new business entity in a new market area.  In addition to new stationery and marketing materials, Vision assisted Celtic with a public relations initiative, to introduce the new home health care provider to the market.  Vision promoted Celtic as a high-quality home care provider, who is sensitive to the needs of the patients, families and caregivers.  It was imperative that there be a smooth and seamless transition of services.  Early indications are that Celtic has, indeed, been positively received in the Carlisle/Harrisburg Region, and Vision will continue to work with Celtic to increase their exposure and grow their business in this market, as well as the existing WPA Region.
