Vision is a family business with a desire to do great work that makes a difference for our clients. Our mission is to build solid relationships with clients who understand the value of strategic thinking and appreciate how far our vision can take them. We combine that vision with outstanding creative talent, unwavering commitment, ongoing dedication, and personal integrity.

Our roots are planted in Western Pennsylvania, but our reach extends far beyond. From our base in Punxsutawney, and our office just outside Pittsburgh, founder Lee Greenblatt and his sons work with an array of specialists in fields from branding to broadband, from market positioning to multimedia, from copywriting to corporate identity.

Having spent much of his life in the small Western Pennsylvania community of Punxsutawney, Lee didn’t have to think very long before deciding where to launch his vision. Far from being a hindrance, our location has proven to be an advantage. At Vision, we are proud of our team of seasoned professionals who answer only to our clients and ourselves.

The clients we serve represent many industries: from food service to banking, from healthcare to manufacturing, from high-tech to insurance and investments, to name a few. Whether business to business or business to consumer, working in such a broad range of disciplines helps keep our minds sharp and our ideas fresh.

Lee Greenblatt

President / CEO

Lee Greenblatt, along with his son, Josh, founded Vision in 2001, following a long career in the printing industry and the related field of marketing. Vision was a dream come true for Lee, as he was able to form a creative marketing group with his sons, while recruiting past business associates such as Wilhelm and Adduci to join him. Under Lee's leadership and salesmanship, the company has experienced tremendous growth in recent years. Lee's business networking and partnering philosophy has opened many client doors for the Vision team, and he brings a great deal of business sense and a keen, creative eye to any client marketing assignment. While turning over many of the day to day operations of the company to Josh, Lee remains very active in virtually all client contracts or projects, lending his wisdom and guidance to the team. Lee has been married for over 30 years and has raised three sons, two of whom are a vital part of the company he founded. He enjoys spending time with his family, especially his seven grandchildren, and remains a die-hard Steelers fan, as well as managing a men's baseball team in the summer.

Josh Greenblatt

VP of Operations

Josh Greenblatt, along with his father, Lee Greenblatt, had the "Vision" to start the company in 2001. Josh began his career in the printing industry, before making the leap into launching a full service creative marketing group. Josh's passion for the business brings insights and motivation to the Vision team, while he works to ensure that client projects stay on time, and on budget. Over the years, Josh has helped establish Vision's reputation as a company that builds solid, partnering relationships with its customers, with a vision for outstanding creative, unwavering commitment, ongoing dedication, and personal integrity. Josh is a graduate of Indiana University of PA (IUP). He and his wife, Mandy, have four sons - Alec 7, Isaac 5, Jonas 1, and Jaden 1. Josh is an avid sports enthusiast, enjoys playing baseball in the summer, and spending time with his family.

John Adduci

VP of Client Services

John Adduci joined the company in January, 2005, following a 25 year career in the Telecommunications industry. John's expertise includes: sales, strategic marketing, planning, copywriting, process management, and servicing multiple customer accounts. His extensive background in sales and marketing brings a high level of experience and understanding to business problems and marketing needs across a wide range of industries. John is a graduate of the University of Rochester (NY), with a BA in Psychology. Prior to joining Vision, John held Sales and Marketing leadership positions with the nation's 5th largest cable television provider, Adelphia Communications, in PA and NY. John is a golfer and an avid sports enthusiast, and enjoys spending time with his wife and family.

Aaron Greenblatt


Aaron Greenblatt has been with Vision for the past seven years. Having served in several capacities over the years, Aaron is currently the Accounting Manager, reporting to the VP of Operations. Aaron ensures that all record keeping is in order for the company, on both the Accounts Receivable as well as the Accounts Payable side of the business, working with numerous vendors and clients. In addition to Accounting, Aaron also manages a variety of related office and business functions for Vision, to ensure smooth operations and work flow. Aaron is married with two children, and enjoys golf, sports, and cars, as well as all types of electronics.

Erik Ryen

Art Director

Erik Ryen joined the company in November, 2007. Erik has extensive experience working on the client side of the business, in both the home improvement and commercial satellite industries. Erik brings a diverse set of creative and technical skills to Vision, and is responsible for graphic design, website design and development, search engine optimization, and a variety of related marketing activities. Erik is a graduate of the Indiana University of PA (IUP) with a BA in Fine Arts, with affiliate credits from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. Erik is married with three children, and his interests include traveling, hiking, camping, fishing, painting, alternative energy, "geeky" electronic devices, and all things Internet.

Tony Franzetta

Director of Operations, Pittsburgh

Tony Franzetta joined the Vision team in the fall of 2007. He brings a high level of experience and knowledge of the printing industry and printing processes to the company, so as to ensure high quality, cost-effectively produced materials for Vision clients. Tony consistently "goes the extra mile" for Vision clients, and his attention to detail and production schedules mean that Vision clients get their materials accurately produced and on time. Tony holds a Bachelors Degree in Graphic Communications & Multimedia Technology from California University of Pennsylvania. Tony enjoys playing guitar, golfing, coaching and playing hockey, and spending time with his friends and family.

Emily Stump

Graphic Designer

Emily Stump joined Vision in January, 2009 as a recent graduate of Youngstown State University’s graphic design program with a BA in Fine Arts. Previously, Emily worked at YSU’s Graphic Services Center as a student designer and was responsible for a number of projects used by the University. At Vision, Emily is responsible for graphic design. Emily enjoys useless trivia, reading, art, and in general she spends too much time in front of a computer.

Rose Spisak

Graphic Designer

Rose Spisak is a Graphic Designer, who does extensive design/art work for some of Vision's largest clients. Rose brings highly developed graphic design/art skills to Vision, with over 25 years of experience in this industry, which has given her a large and diverse list of clients. Rose graduated from the Ivy School of Professional Art, Pittsburgh. She entered the client side of the business, working as a Graphic Designer, Art Director or Art Production Planner for such companies as: General Nutrition, Sears Roebuck, and Sullair Corporation in the early stages of her career. Her professional career transitioned to the agency side, working in similar capacities at several Pittsburgh full service design/advertising agencies, including: The Birmingham Group, The Marketing Group, Miller - Melone Communications, and Wiltalus Burke & Associates. Vision is pleased to have such a creative talent as Rose, as a ready resource to help with a wide range of challenging assignments, for discerning clients. Rose is heavily involved in the Arts in Pittsburgh, through her association, present and past, with such entities as: Pittsburgh Public Theatre, Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, Pittsburgh Concert Chorale, Kuntu Repertory Theatre, and The International Society of the Performing Arts (ISPA).

Drew Nelson

Web Design / e-Commerce

Drew Nelson is the newest member of the Vision Team. Drew has experience working as head web designer/administrator for a local fortune 500 company, as well as experience in the print industry. Drew's skill set includes creating websites from scratch, flash animations, online ordering systems, and custom solutions to difficult web projects. Drew is a graduate of St Vincent College in Latrobe, PA, with a BS in Computer Science and Information Technologies. Drew enjoys traveling, photography, politics, and is a hardcore Pittsburgh sports fan.

Bruce McKenzie

Business Development

Bruce McKenzie joined the Vision Team in January, 2009, following a 32 year career in the printing industry as a production manager in the Pittsburgh area. Bruce then moved to Boardman, Ohio where he opened a restaurant called Phillys, which he has enjoyed running the past six years. After working with many people and understanding everything involved in running one’s own business, Bruce missed the printing field and then became involved in a Flexo printing label company in May, 2008; he became an independent sales consultant for The Label Team in Salem, Ohio. He has been in the printing industry since the end of his service in the Navy during the Vietnam war. Some of his passions include bow hunting and hollering at the TV when his team, the Steelers, are playing. Bruce has been blessed with a beautiful wife, four wonderful children, and six grandchildren.

Jim Wilhelm

Business Development

Jim Wilhelm has been with Vision for the past three years, but has been associated with CEO, Lee Greenblatt, for over 20 years. He holds the dual titles of Creative Director and Director of New Business Development, as a measure of his multiple talents. Jim is a graduate of the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, and brings a high level of unique and varied perspectives to any creative assignment. Jim consistently "wows" his clients with outstanding creative work, from his artistic background, coupled with his extensive experience in the business world. He loves "being in the field" and finding creative solutions to business challenges, resulting in outstanding marketing materials for Vision clients. Jim developed into a marketing specialist, from his roots and knowledge of the printing industry. Jim's brings a high level of enthusiasm, energy, and his engaging personality to any assignment. Jim is married with two children and spends some of his free time creating artistic designs by hand.
